• We offer combine postage discount.  To qualify for combined postage discounts, additional items must be purchased within 3 days of initial purchase and being sent to the same address.

• Perfumesoz are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods during transit.  Insurance cover is available at an additional cost of $1.50 per item.  If you wish to take insurance option please advise us via email prior to making payment and we will notify you of revised total of your purchase (s).  NO refund will be given for items lost / damaged in transit if insurance is not selected on purchased item/s.

• If an item is found to be faulty or different to the description in the listing, we MUST be contacted within 3 days of delivery.  A full refund or replacement will be given once the item has been returned to us and we have assessed / inspected it.  On inspection of a returned item, if the item is found to be defective return postage costs will be paid by Perfumesoz.
• All returns must be sent back with original packaging and tags (if any) intact.
• Any products being returned must be securely packed in a box to ensure product protection, ideally using the same packaging that the product was sent in.
   

• Please select your purchases carefully, as we do not offer refund, exchange or credit if you simply change your mind.
• Your purchases are securely bubble wrapped and sent in a box with filler, ensuring you receive them in great condition.
• We do our utmost to get all the details and specifications of products as accurate as possible, however errors and discrepancies may occur, though it is not our intention to do so. If you have noticed an error, please contact us with your query before you place your bid or buy an item.
• Your purchase (s) will be dispatched from our Perth warehouse within 24 business hours of confirmed payment being received.
• Your purchase (s) will be sent to you utilising Australia Post eParcel service in conjunction with our Dangerous Goods / Commodities contract.   A signature will be obtained from you upon delivery of your purchases.  If you are not in attendance when delivery is attempted, a card will be left in your mailbox advising collection from your local post office.  Please ensure you take ID with you if collecting from post office.
• eParcel is an online traceable service from Australia Post.  When we process and despatch your order, you will receive an automated email notification via Australia Post eparcel notifications with despatch and tracking details.
