Parts Warranty: Your item comes with a 12 Month Parts Warranty. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery. No other warranties are expressed or implied. These products cannot be returned due to change of mind. The part will then need to be amiled back in a stamped, self addressed envelope. Upon receiving the part, the seller will then inspect, repair or replace the faulty part.
DOA If your product is Dead On Arrival, Sohu Trading will arrange to have the item picked up for replacement at our own cost. The item will be exchanged. It will not be refunded. All DOA claims must be made within 7 Dyas of receiving the item. The replacement item will only be dispatched after the return product is received. For any items returned under warranty outside the 7 day period, dlievery both ways will be at the buyer expense. For all returnes Sohu Trading will send the buyer an Authority to Return Form which needs to be filled in and packaged with the return goods.
Warranty Conditions: The warranty will only cover the parts deemed faulty or defective under normal use. We require that all parts claimed under warranty be sent back to us for inspection, replacement or repair. Shipping of parts and labour in fitting parts are at the buyers expense. All accessories and honus gifts are not covered under warranty and therefore should not be considered part of the purchase. Exemptions from Returns, Exchanges and Warranty
Sohu Trading operates in line with strict quality control guidelines. Given this, we are unable to returns or exhanges on products that are hygienen based. The warranty will not cover damage due to mishandling, mis-assembly, misuse, accident, collision, natural disasteres or acts of god. All items need to be maintained and serviced as specified in the owners manual. The warranty is considered void if the item is modified, altered, or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by Sohu Trading to do so.
