• If there is an issue with the playback of the item (the item is faulty), please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can resolve the issue for you. Please note, this does not include instances where you've purchased say, a region 2 DVD and it won't play in your region 4 player. You must check first that your player can play the region of the disc you are about to purchase.

• Under the new ACL requirements administered by the ACCC, we would also like to state that all claims with respect to defective items will be handled through Baraka Trading at the address diaplayed when you purchase (and on packaging) and that you can contact us via eBay or on 0411 302737 or 0414 399611.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Please return them in clean, saleable condition with all tags intact. All returns will be refunded in full, including the original shipping cost. Please note that all items sold are new (unless specifically listed as a used item) and as such, returned discs with scratches may not be refunded in full.
