The product arrive in OEM style packaging and in excellent condition. It was also as the seller described and complete with two power cables - a very welcome addition. The seller also included 2 extra drive sleds to fill the empty slots and even the screws to fit future drives, also a very nice addition. I hope to do more business with this seller in the future. I initially got this server, popped it in the rack, everything seemed good, had everything including the slides as advertised. The first boot seemed like there were no issues, after a bit ran into some issues, determined it was the PSU faulting out. Informed the seller, and they asked for the model, and sent it, arrived very promptly. After swapping the PSU’s no issues!!! Very pleased with the service
