Payment can be made through either Paypal or by direct bank transfer. If making a direct bank transfer, please include your ebay ID as a reference number so we can identify your transfer. Please pay within 3 working days of your purchase. If you require more time, please contact us to make an arrangement. Shipping will only occur once payment has been received and confirmed.

Postage

All purchases will be posted within 2 business days, once confirmation of payment has been received. 'Business days' include regular Australian working days, excluding weekends and Public Holidays. Please see the 'Postage and Payments' section for exact postage costs. All amounts are in Australian dollars. Regular, Registered and Express postage options are available Australia wide. We also post internationally. For international postage, please be aware that some countries require a customs check and import tax on arrival. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of and to investigate these responsibilities. As all items are posted through Australia Post, no responsibility is assumed for failed or late deliveries. We therefore recommend that you use registered post. Please note that during peak times, such as during the Christmas period or around postal or public holidays, postage delays can occur. We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange, store credit or a full refund. Please note however, that returned items need to be unused and in their original packaging. If they have been used or damaged in any way, the return will not be accepted. Due care has been taken to photograph our pieces accurately, however it is important to note that small discrepancies can occur between the photographed item and your purchase. Because our pieces are all hand made, some may include small faults or errors. Additionally, due to the nature of gem stones, some colours and patterns may appear different from the item shown.
