LOCAL PICK UP: Free, no shipping, however California sales tax applies
SHIPPING RATES: US Postal Service Parcel Post & First Class Mail. Rates vary depending on the shoe
SHIPPING & HANDLING HOURS: We prepare and ship packages everyday Monday – Saturday before 12:00 pm (PDT).
Please allow 1 - 2 business days for shipping and handling. If your item is back order we will contact you letting you know the status of your item immediately.
We use US Postal Service Parcel Post, 4 - 11 business days after seller receives cleared payment. Delivery for domestic orders can take from 3 – 5 business days, orders shipping to California can take from 2 – 3 days.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL RATES
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not openly ship international; however we do make exceptions with highly rated customers who contact us. We are not responsible for any extra fees such as customs or extra shipping once the package reaches international destination.

PAYMENT TIME: All payments for purchased items must be received and cleared within 3 days. If payments are not completed within that time we will cancel the transaction with no notice. Please be considered and let us know if your payment will take some time, we will understand.
PAYMENT METHOD: Only paypal and paypal accepted E-Checks.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Items must be returned within 7 days after item has been received by the customer for a Refund. No refunds will be given after that.
2. Refunds only apply to the value of the unused item. Original Shipping fees will not be Refunded
3. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days on unused item. Customer pays for both ways Shipping
4. Shoesonyourway reserves the right to apply this policy on any dispute or opened Case
