Shipping

• We use Australia Post: Express eParcel Delivery and Regular Post for a cheaper alternative

• Please Select your Postage Carefully. We ONLY have Insurance for eParcel deliveries.

• We Prefer Australia Post eParcel Delivery for your precious jewels

• Using Australia Post eParcel:
  Each consignment carries a barcode, which is scanned during the delivery process. Customers waiting for deliveries can view their consignment details using the Australia Post eParcel website: www.eparcel.com.au   Please contact us for your tracking number to use this option.

• All deliveries must be signed for on delivery. If there is no one available to sign for delivery the courier will leave a delivery notification card advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest local Australia Post office.

• We will not replace missing or damaged items posted by Regular Post!

• All your Precious Jewels will come to you with an invoice, gift wrapped and posted in bubble wrap and padded bag.

• We are NOT able to offer local pick up.
