We want to explain as best we can how we operate to prevent any misunderstandings.
For Bulk purchasing on more than one item, make sure you contact us before checkout to see if we can adjust your freight if applicable, as sometimes our staff may be able to help with a reduction on the whole group of items. We cannot do anything for you after payment has been made due to the volume of transactions we handle and the fees that are charged to us by eBay & PayPal.
We may have included freight on individual listings and may need to adjust the shipping for bulk purchases after taking into account eBay& PayPal Fees.
For all other purchases please proceed through checkout.
Solmed takes great pride in Packaging our shipments to ensure you receive them in good condition however, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft that may occur through Australia Post or Courier Service.
We will not be liable for any delay caused by something totally out of our control.
If the order is valuable we would recommend Transit Insurance.

Solmed can provide proof of dispatch on all orders received and will provide tracking numbers for all shipments.
For products we consider unsuitable for Satchels we will ship in Cartons to protect the contents.
Please consider signature with tracking for an extra $3.50 for your own piece of mind.

Solmed uses a combination of Couriers & Australia Post for all shipments based on geographical and logistical expediency.
If you are not likely to be home when a delivery is to be effected, then you need to instruct us by message so we can have your permission to leave parcels as the couriers are unable to leave any item unless approval is given.
We notify all customers of Tracking Numbers on the day of dispatch through the eBay message system for you to track the item. Please ensure you keep an eye on this tracking as it will keep you fully informed. This is your responsibility.
If you are not at home the courier will leave a scanned card for you to contact their base to arrange for a second delivery. If you fail to contact the Courier they will return the item to us and you will be responsible to pay for any additional deliveries. (Keep an eye on your tracking as this also informs you if a card has been left and what you need to do).
Any item deemed not suitable for Courier will be dispatched via Australia Post.

Solmed recommends PayPal for your own protection and ease of transaction. You also get Buyer Protection where applicable.

When sending any Payment please use your user ID for ease of acknowledgement.
If Payment has not been made within 5 days of Purchase, SOLMED reserves the right to open an unpaid item report with eBay to recover fees and relist items.

We list products in good faith and advertise our products based on the Manufacturers claims and marketing materials provided by them. We also check and carefully validate these claims. If for some reason the stock is unavailable for any reason, we will notify you and arrange a back order or complete refund.
All our products carry an Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration Number where applicable for all classes of Medical Devices. This means that our products are legally sold in Australia and are registered for sale in accordance with the regulations.
Once you purchase from SOLMED PTY LIMITED you join our family of customers and automatically have access to the advice of our clinicians. We encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have. We can offer general clinical advice through our clinicians however we cannot substitute for the advice that is available from your own Hospital or GP.
If you require any product that we do not carry don't hesitate to let us know and if we can't source it for you we will recommend where you can source it. We have access to thousands of products and do not list all of them.

SOLMED is only in business for one reason and that reason is YOU the CUSTOMER! Without YOU we do not survive!
We guarantee that any product found to be faulty supplied by us, will be accepted for return and we will refund all costs associated with the returned item.
We do not insist on returns in original packaging because after all, how do you know it is faulty unless you open it. All we ask is that we need to confirm the fault.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Should any faulty item be a TGA Registered Medical Product or Device, we are required to submit a report to the Registered Manufacturer in accordance with the TGA Legislation.
This is a way of ensuring that any device is safely tracked and monitored for safety.
We may ask you a few questions and we are required to verify any fault.
