Shipping Most orders are shipped the next business day after payment has been made/cleared. We post items 5 days per week. We offer flat rate shipping on all sticker orders. You will only pay shipping for one sticker, the rest are combined. In order to receive the flat rate shipping discount, please wait for a combined invoice before paying. If you pay for your order prior to receiving the combined invoice, you will not receive the discount as we can't change the invoice once you have paid. Our stickers are sent using the standard mail service through Australia Post and delivered into your letterbox. If the item does not fit into your letterbox which is the case for some of our larger stickers that have a "Do Not Bend" sticker on the parcel, the item may be placed at your door, or in another location by the postal worker. If your order is sent using a trackable service, the postal worker should leave a card notifying that they attempted to deliver your order. You will then need to collect the parcel from your local post office or follow the instructions on the card. We will not be responsible for misplaced or stolen orders left at your premises if they are not posted using a trackable service. Stickers are posted in cardboard envelopes as standard, or mailing tubes for larger items at the buyers request. Express Post / Registered Post If you require Express or Registered post with tracking, please contact us prior to paying for your order so we can update your invoice. Additional charges apply. International shipping We ship internationally for a flat rate of $9.85 for standard Air Mail service. This rate is for stickers only. Please wait for combined shipping invoice before making payment.
How do I order a personalised or custom made item? Some of our existing items can be changed to suit your needs - maybe you would like it in a different color? Or you may wish to add text or change the size. Or maybe you would like it to face the other way. Please contact us prior to making your purchase to discuss any changes. We also offer a custom design service to create the item for you if you can't find what you are looking for in our store. Please contact us with your request. If you are purchasing an ebay item that requires personalisation or a choice of color / text, you can contact us via the Ebay message service, or you can put your comments in the message box when you complete checkout. If you wish to order a custom made item using your own design, or a design you have found online you can contact us via the Ebay message service. Returns Whilst we stand behind our products 100% and we do our absolute best to give accurate descriptions for all of our listings, we understand that sometimes once you receive it, it might be the wrong size, color or it is not what you imagined. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 5 days for an exchange or refund. Custom orders are unable to be returned unless faulty. You can request a design preview prior to shipping to ensure it is correct. If the item to be returned is not suitable for your needs, you will receive a store credit for the purchase price of the item only. You can use the store credit towards another item. Shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. Refunds will only be given if the item is faulty. Shipping costs will be refunded if the fault is ours. If we ship an incorrect product or the item is faulty, we will replace the item once you have returned it. We will reimburse you for the shipping costs to return it. If your item arrives damaged in any way, please contact me and I will see what I can do to help you. Although we are not liable for any items lost or damaged unless you have paid for registered post, we may be able to work out a solution. Please be aware that small variations in color may occur between the printed sticker you receive & the color on your screen. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor. Please take this into consideration if the color is not exactly the same as what you see on your monitor. You can return the item if the color is not what you had imagined.
