The award winning Stowamatic brand is the fastest growing trolley brand on the UK golf market today.
The Stowaway trolley is built to fold up as compactly as possible, utilising an ingenious patent pending design.
We aim to dispatch orders within one working day of receipt of payment.
Deliveries to metropolitan areas are typically received within 5 working days. For more remote areas, we suggest you allow up to an extra 4 working days.
PO Box addresses are only accepted for smaller items, typically under 22kg. For larger items, we may request a physical address to be able to fulfill your order.
Please note, shipment to some more remote areas may require additional delivery charges - these will be advised before dispatch, and if you find them too expensive, the order can be cancelled or an alternate address can be provided.
Deliveries to New Zealand are sent in weekly batches. These orders typically take between 4 and 10 days from the date of order to delivery.
We accept the following forms of payment.
You can return any new and unused item to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of what you have paid us.
All new items come with a 12 month warranty against faulty parts or craftsmanship. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion, and cover any reasonable costs incurred by the customer. However, please contact us before acting on any problems, or the warranty will be void.
We value your custom and your satisfaction, so if you have a problem or are not happy with your item, call or email us.
All items sold by us are covered by Consumer Guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to return any item that is deemed faulty within a reasonable timeframe from the date the sale agreement took place. If an item has a minor defect, we will provide a repair or offer you a replacement or a refund. If an item is found to have a major manufacturing defect, you are entitled to receive an identical replacement or one of similar value, receive a refund or keep the goods and receive compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage.
