1) Item is posted by registered post or courier service (with tracking number). We are not responsible for the damage or lost during delivery. Insurance is optional and strongly recommended (please email us if you need insurance for this item).
2) We provide 7-day money back if the item is dead on arrival or faulty within 7 days(Postage is not refundable.) Physical damage, damage during delivery, or change-of-mind is not covered by 7-day money back policy. After 7 days, we only exchange for faulty items.
3) Warranty Returns:
*For all warranty returns (inc. dead on arrival), buyers pay for one-way return postage. The replacement item is posted only after the faulty item is received.
*Computers: buyers return the faulty computers to us for replacement
*Hardware: If the item has manufacturer warranty, buyers need to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty and support services. If the manufacturer doesn't offer direct warranty, buyers can return faulty items to us for replacement.
*Software: No refund or exchange for software if the package is opened.
