I have a number of Sony headsets and a Level On headphones with ANC. The Sony's have good in ear fit where the Level U headset doesn't. While the Level U comes with some replacement rubber earpiece fittings, I tried them all and none of them are what I've come to expect. At best each fitting is hard wearing and for my ears, they're feeling sore after not more than a couple of hours (and I've also read this in other reviews). You hear much more ambient noise with the Samsung as it isn't the in-ear fit I enjoy with the Sony's. The main problem I have with the Sony products is there's not many places to clip them on when wearing a t-shirt, but the Level U doesn't have this issue. The headset is extremely lightweight and the battery life so far has been great. Call clarity is also great, which is predominately why I bought them and being able to type while on the phone is fantastic. Range is reasonable too as I've been able to make a coffee while on the phone is on charge and the kitchen is just outside the 10 meter range. The app seems more feature-rich for the Level On headphones as there's not much to adjust for the Level U. I would say it's not really a feature with exception of the notifications received being the same as the Level On (power level, customised app notifications, etc). I didn't realise the O rings wasn't part of the packaging, but I'm not disappointed I removed them anyway. The earpieces sit well in front when not in use, especially as there are magnets that can keep them together. It would have been nice to have a USB cable included in the packaging, but this isn't the first Samsung product I've received lately with the little things absent and if it saves a couple of dollars, it's no big issue. I'm not an audiophile but I can say the audio is on par with other devices but with the exception that you hear more of the outside world. Price-wise these are probably 20-30% less than I would have paid for another Sony Bluetooth headset, which I usually damage or break and replace every 2 years or so. The Level On headphones definitely are the best I've experienced when it comes to audio quality, but are bulky and not suited for use while walking outside, and cost several times as much. I'm reasonably happy with the purchase, I'd buy these again but the in-ear fit could definitely be improved.Read full review

Sometimes the bluetooth connection is sketchy - when I'm outdoors, I need to place my phone in my breast pocket, but for the most part it's a great product.
