PayPal allows instant payment for a transaction or an eCheque. Instant payment via PayPal will complete the transaction within minutes, where as an eCheque takes 5 – 7 business days to clear. Please make sure your Paypal Account is verified before paying with Paypal.
Customers are not required to have a PayPal account to pay for an item. After you commit to purchase an item, eBay will direct you to the PayPal payment page. On the payment page, you can select to check out as a guest, by inserting only your credit card information.
2. Bank Transfer
Bank Transfer payments take 3-5 business days to clear. Please kindly leave your eBay user ID as a payment reference. If you are unable to use your eBay ID, please send us a message advising us of your payment details including date, description, amount and the bank.

We accept 'pay on pick-up' for customers located in Sydney, NSW. Please drop us an email and we will arrange an appointment for you to pick up your order.

We ship orders Australia-wide via Star Track Express (as priority) and Australia Post. Where available, tracking numbers are generally updated within 24 hours after the item is posted.

2. Australia Post
Australia Post has the widest network coverage over Australia. Australia Post has an online tracking system (Excluding Standard Mail) where customers can trace and track their order with the tracking details provided. For small letters, we will be shipping via standard delivery via AusPost. Shipping via AusPost will be via eParcel, Registered Mail, Express Mail and Standard Mail. eParcel and Registered Mail requires signature upon delivery, where customer has to provide signature upon receiving the package. Standard Mail and Express Mail does not have this service.
Delivery time frame provided by AusPost for deliveries within Australia is between 1-10 days.
Please note we ship orders to address provided on eBay. Customers need to make sure the shipping address provided on eBay is exact and accurate.
Any parcel delivered will require a signature from the customer. Upon signing, the transaction will be concluded. We do not accept claims for parcels where the shipping company has obtained a signature from any person at the receivers address.

We accept the following returns/warranty claims on condition that terms and conditions are met.
1. 30 Days Change-Of-Mind Returns
Every effort has been made to ensure the description and specification of the item is accurate, subject to manufacturer listing error. Buyers are required to read the descriptions and specifications carefully before making purchase.
If you decided to cancel your order before your order has been dispatched, we will issue a FULL refund provided that the cancellation request is accepted by the buyer.
If you change your mind after the item(s) has been dispatched, item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days from the day we dispatched for a refund. Item(s) must be in factory sealed and unopened condition, otherwise, the refund will include a minimum of 20% restocking fee charges. Please be advised that return postage is to be paid by buyer. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a Change-Of-Mind return if the item(s) is no longer in a merchantab-pc-systemle condition.
2. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Returns
If you receive a DOA item(s) upon delivery, we will either replace a new unit for you or refund you the purchase price provided a DOA claim is made within 7 business days of the product being received.
Where possible, item(s) should be returned to us with the original, undamaged packaging including all accessories and manuals that shipped with the item(s). If any of the above item(s) is not included, we reserve the right to reject your DOA claim. PC Byte may take up to 1-2 weeks from the time we receive the faulty item(s) to resolve your claim.
3. Warranty Returns
All products sold by PC Byte is covered by a minimum of 12 months warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
Where any issue with a product can be rectified with a few easy steps, we will walk you through the process so you do not have to suffer the hassle of waiting for a return. The processing time is generally 1-2 weeks from the time we receive the faulty unit. Please be advised that return postage is to be paid by buyer. Please affix your eBay User ID or, where provided, your RA number on your returned item(s), failure to do so may delay your warranty claim.
All items we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty. In such cases, you can contact the manufacturer directly as they may have additional expertise in diagnosing and resolving any issues with your product which PC Byte does not possess. The warranty process for certain products may also be expedited when dealing directly with the manufacturer as opposed to through an intermediary such as PC Byte. 4. Missing item(s)
If you believe an error has been made in shipping your item, please contact us. Please understand that we have limited control over the delivery process but we will work with our couriers to ensure that you receive the product in a prompt and complete manner. Please ensure that your postal address registered on eBay is correct. We ship all orders based on your eBay address (i.e. not the PayPal address). We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered item as a result of an incorrect shipping address. The customer is liable for any postage charges incurred to resend the returned packages.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
