Pros: Quiet, cool, and tons of power. Con: Make sure your case will take it or prepare to modify your case as I did. I have a mid size AT case but the harddrive bank would not allow the length or width of the card. For me it was an easy fix for some maybe not so easy.

The video-card can take any today's graphics easily and without hick-ups, requires at least 550W of a quality PS and adequatly ventilated housing due to increased heating when loaded.

I usually use the top of the line graphics cards in my computers. For my computer attached to my 65" television I had an R9-290x modified with after market cooling. The television was 1080p. It played the games I play at 60 fps. I ended up swapping this card into that computer and was amazed that it performed just as well on the games I tried. I do use v-sync and I play what I would consider up to date graphic games such as Elder Scrolls Online and this card handled it without any issue. I highly recommend this card.
