WE ARE DELIGHTED TO OFFER THESE QUALITY SWEATERS KNITTED FOR OUR OWN GLEN OAK OUTDOOR KNITWEAR LABEL BY "PETER SCOTT CO. LTD." ~ ONE OF THE BIGGEST AND BEST KNOWN MANUFACTURERS HERE IN OUR HOME TOWN OF HAWICK IN THE SCOTTISH BORDERS.

You will be purchasing a brand new, very functional, 1/2 Zip high - neck outdoor sweater. It is a genuine 1st. quality garment manufactured for us by our local Peter Scott's factory ~ in Hawick Scotland and is labelled for our own ''Glen Oak'' Outdoor knitwear label  "Made in Scotland".

This beautifully knitted sweater comes, in a fancy rib and panel knit with no less than 4 handy zipper pockets, 3 to the front, [2 hand warmers and one chest pocket] and includes a phone pocket to the left sleeve.

 It was knitted on a 15 gauge [medium weight sweater] using best quality 2 ply [2 ends of 2/15nm] 100% soft Lambswool treated with 'TUBIGUARD'  technology to repel water and increase stain resistance.

The elbows and shoulders are tubular knitted, [double ply] as are the cuffs, hem/rib and collar for extra durability .

It comes in Gents and measures up to a 54" chest/29" long/26" sleeves with turn back cuffs with thumb holes which can also worn as fingerless mitts when down.  

Ideal for sport where the fingers are needed to be free, i.e. shooting, fishing, riding etc.

It comes in "Hunting Olive" a nice dark green melange shade. 

 

This is a quality fully fashioned, well made and finished, ultimate in outdoor sweaters that is a must for the sportsman who appreciates good looking practical tops which are ideal for both dressed for outdoor  sports or leisure and should not be missed.

All local knitwear is knitted from best quality yarns for top class International outlets and major high street stores that cater for a discerning clientele who only want the best and are prepared to pay for it.  The Scottish Borders, has been involved in the manufacture of wool and knitwear for almost two centuries. All our knitwear is produced to the highest standard, using only the finest quality yarns which should with proper care last the owner for a long time, not like cheap imported product.
