Returns

·         The Buyer must return the item within 7 days of Sale in the original packaging including carton, boxes and copy of the invoice.  All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping.  The Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

·         If sizing is incorrect, you can return the item to The Adventure Warehouse and we will exchange for the correct size.

       Delivery

·         Items will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

·         Postage is calculated by Australia Post and is based on weight and cubic weight of the item.

·         Dispatch of goods is arranged by us through Australia Post Parcel service or a courier service at our discretion.

·         Please allow from 1 – 5 working days for Australian delivery.

·         We offer insurance on all items.  If you choose not to insure your item and it is lost in transit, we cannot guarantee we will be able to track the goods through Australia Post.  We recommend insurance with any expensive item purchased for your piece of mind.  

       Warranty and Claims

·         Goods are covered by Manufacturer Warranty.  On your behalf, we will assist to repair, exchange or provide a credit note for the goods subject to the agreement of the customer.  If the goods are not repairable, you will be eligible for a new replacement, exchange or store credit. We are not involved with the decision making process for warranty claims.  The representatives for that particular brand are the only people eligible to make those decisions.

·         We abide by all local laws imposed by Fair Trading Queensland.

·         We do not refund postage, or cover the cost of return postage on warranty claims.
