Delivery times are dependent on your location but are typically 4-6 working days within Australia.
As we deliver by Australian Air Express, a signature is required on receipt. Therefore, we recommend you provide an address where you will be located during office hours. If you provide a work address, please include full details including business and receivers name. Should there be nobody available to sign for your delivery; a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office. Please note that we do not deliver to a Postal Box.

We are only able to accept returns for products purchased from the SeafollyOfficial eBay Store.
You may return new, unworn or unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods.
We will inspect all products that are returned to us and will replace or refund your order if the item is found to be faulty or damaged. We will also refund any orders where we have made an error or mistake. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of faulty goods or our error, otherwise the buyer must pay all return shipping costs.
Items should be returned in their original packaging and where relevant, with their original hygiene slips in place. Please return the item back to us, explaining the problem. Once inspected, if we cannot offer a replacement we will refund you in full, including your return postage.
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Seafolly.
A direct exchange can only be made if the new garment is to the exact value of your original purchase and must be within 30 days of the purchase date. If you have requested a replacement which is of a different value, all refunds will be credited to your Paypal account that was used to place the order and make the payment and you will need to reorder the item you wish to obtain. We are unable to credit any other Paypal or bank account. We will not absorb any Paypal fees in this instance.
