In the event that a buyer chooses to return an item within 14 days, the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping fees back to our facility where the returned package will be inspected by our staff; this includes international buyers. If the item is deemed resalable as the condition it was sold in, a refund will be given minus the original cost of shipping to the customer. In the case that the items cannot be resold in it's original condition there will be a 15% restocking fee in addition to the original cost of shipping to the customer being subtracted from the refund amount. In an event the unit needs to be serviced under the manufacturer warranty, the buyer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer and paying for any shipping fees associated with service or repair.
