14 DAY RETURNS POLICY If your item doesn't fit or is simply not suitable you are able to return it to us within 14 days of delivery. Basically you are allowed to try on the goods as you would in a shop and when returned they must be in same condition as received - importantly please do not remove garment tags when trying on items. We can not accept returns on hosiery due to its nature, unless seals on packaging haven't been opened or items tried on. With swimwear, hygiene strips must remain in place inside the briefs. Tags must not be removed from any item. ALL items are sent out tagged, if tags have been removed, then we are unable to accept a return. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of delivery. In order to return your item you will need a Returns Form, which when requested, will be emailed to you. Items must be returned in their original condition, tags intact, unworn, unmarked and not contaminated with odours and in the packaging as received. Refunds (excluding the delivery charge), are processed within 4-5 business days of receipt of goods, usually sooner. The cost to return an item your responsibility as well as to ensure that the item arrives safely and in perfect condition. Please consider the use of a trackable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods for your protection. You have 14 days from receipt of goods to ensure that items are safely received by us. We cannot issue refunds if goods are not received. If the returned item is not suitable for resale we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the parcel to you at your expense. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: We do accept returns from International buyers. Please contact us for a Returns Form within 2/3 days of receipt. The cost to return is your responsibility as well as to ensure the item arrives safely and in perfect condition. If you are based outside the EU you must label the package "Item Purchased from the UK being Returned for Refund". This should ensure no custom charges are made as non are due. We are not liable for any customs charges imposed by the returning of goods and any charged will be deducted from a refund. We always advise you to use a trackable delivery and suitable insurance for your protection. EXCHANGES Unfortunately for logistical reasons we can no longer offer exchanged items. You will need to purchase the item you need and return the item you have. INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS Once your order is received, please check it carefully before removing the tags. In the rare event you receive a faulty item please notify us within 2/3 days of receipt and before tags are removed. We will then advise you how to proceed. An item found to have a fault will always be replaced without further cost, subject to stock. Return postage for a UK second class service will be reimbursed, although tracking will be at your discretion. You will need to enclose a copy of your proof of postage in order to be reimbursed.
