Returns must be pre-approved. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We credit the full amount paid LESS the shipping cost to send the item to you (even if it had free shipping) AND LESS a 10% return fee. All returns MUST BE in the exact same condition as it was sent to you and in re-saleable condition. Returns must include a copy of your sales invoice with your name and item number.
If you return an item to us that has been used, tried, damaged, dirty, or damaged packaging, you WILL NOT RECEIVE FULL CREDIT.
Electrical parts and service manuals are not returnable if opened or tried. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please do not return garbage and expect to have a full refund. We have to be able to resell as new what you are returning. If we have to discount the item to sell it, you will be charged an additional fee.
