All inquiries must be directed to the seller BEFORE any bids are placed or purchases made!
Zero Feedback Buyers/Bidders
If you have between zero (0) and four (4) feedback at the time of you purchasing the item/winning the auction, we will require to you contact us to confirm that you are a serious Ebay customer. Contact needs to be made before a bid or purchase is made.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not receive a notification prior to a bid or purchase.
All items must be paid for within 24 hours from time purchased. Auctions must be paid for within 4 days. We only accept PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit as methods of payment. Bank payments must be initiated within 24 hours.
We do not tolerate non-paying buyers, and any buyer who fail to pay within the given time fram will be subject to an Unpaid Item Case.
Postage & Shipping
Please do not buy/bid without checking our postage & handling costs first.
Postal charges are found within the listing. Please bear in mind that our postal charges include more than the price of a stamp and reflects the actual costs of postage , packaging and handling. By bidding on- or purchasing any item, you accept the shipping charges quoted.
International shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes. Please check your import restrictions and payable duties before purchasing.
We are NOT prepared to make false customs declarations
Items may take up to 2 business days to process upon receiving full payment(weekends & public holidays not included). Items that are unpaid for will NOT be posted.
Delivery within Australia varies, but usually takes around 6 working days for interstate deliveries.
Unless clearly stated in the above item description, local pickup is NOT available.
Where local pickup is available, interstate buyers are welcome to arrange your own courier service for items that are listed "for local pickup only". A handling fee (usually $10) will be applied to the total purchase cost. - please contact us first!

All items (unless stated above) have been removed from working environments, or tested to work, and are covered by our refund policy.
Only faulty items are accepted back, except for items sold 'as is'. We do not accept items if you simply change your mind! Shipping fee is not refunded - buyer must pay for return shipping.
All items must be returned in original condition as they were sent and within 7 days of arrival. Any items that has been tampered with or attempted fixed will not be accepted!
