Unwanted Item - If you've changed your mind about an item we are more than happy for you to return it to us providing we have been contacted within 14 working days of the delivery date. You will need to pay for the cost of returning it. All items must be returned in original, factory sealed, unopened packaging. To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please send item in its original packaging and pack so that no damaged is caused on its return journey. We will not replace or refund faulty items if the damage is deemed by the manufacturer to be caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
