All our items come gift wrapped in a secure jewellery box or pouch and packaged in a padded post-pack to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Delivery times: Australia (regular) 1-3 working days between cities, 3-5 working days to country areas / International (airmail) allow 10-14 working days. However, if you are not fully satisfied we offer a 30 day return policy on all items for an exchange or refund. All we ask is that you return the item in its original unused condition & packaging, and pay the return post charges.
