Our Basins are carved from a single slab of natural marble stone. We peruse the stone pieces first and select the finest choice pieces to begin our carving. Our master craftsman stonemason spends countless hours by hand chipping away and carving with various small hammers and chisels to create each vision of inspiration. The individual character of each stone piece shines through on all EARTH STONE basins and reflects the individual character of the block from which it was carved as well as inspires all who see its splendor.

Much of the carving is done by hand with calculated blows from various shaped hammers, flat and pointed chisels and small diamond saws. Using the natural personality of each marble block - our craftsman works with the stones natural crystalline structure, the veining and designs beautiful coloration to match the spirit of the stone. We spend quality time in this manufacturing process. All our basins are created perfectly smooth and symmetrical. The skilled workmanship that goes into these basins is unbelievable. The basins are then polished to a fine shine and remain endlessly beautiful in form and appearance. 

The basins are completely waterproof and sealed- so are not porous - the sealing brings out the natural veins and glow of the marble.

These basins will not leak, nor crack - they will last a lifetime and beyond.

All buyers are requested to arrange payment or contact is to be made within 3 business days after purchase.

*      PayPal (via credit card)

*    Bank Deposit  - Please put your eBay ID as reference when using Internet Banking and the last 4 digits of the item number when you deposit funds over the counter.

*     (MONEY ORDER/BANK CHEQUES) – Collection or Postage of Items will occur once payment has cleared which usually takes up to 4 business days after payment has been banked.

*     (CASH - AT PICK UP ONLY) – We do not accept paypal at pickup.

Postage 

• Item will not be shipped until payment has been received in full and presented as clear funds.  It will then be shipped within 1-2 business days after clearance has been confirmed.
• Goods will be packed to our best ability to ensure their safe arrival.         
• A tracking number can be provided upon request.  An additional fee will apply.
• Multiple items will be charged for combined postage and will be packed accordingly to minimize shipping costs.  Please contact us for bulk postage quote.
• Our listed postage fee is an indication guide only and not to be taken as the exact cost of postage paid as it doesn’t include handling and wrapping fees.
• Local pickups from our warehouse is available with cash payments only. 
• Merchant Banking is not available for pickups.
• Ebay is not our only online portal, hence we urge you to contact us prior to ordering items to avoid any disappointment as stock can not be guaranteed to be available at the time of purchase.

Large Items - Shipping Information/Postage (INTERSTATE) 

• Large Items include: Toilets, Showerscreens, Bathtubs, Pedestal Basins.
• For our Interstate Customers, We DO NOT organise shipping or provide transport Insurance for large items as listed above.
• You are more than welcome to organise your own Courier for the shipment of any large items and we will be more than happy to assist them to pack, label and load in preparation for transport.
• Please contact us beforehand to confirm pickup from your requested transport company as we prefer to have goods collected on a Wednesday between 1.00pm and 5.00pm.
• Our pickup address is Warehouse 7, 219 Derrimut Drive, Derrimut, Victoria, 3030. Melways Ref: 39 A6.  We are located directly behind the large Mitre 10 distribution centre.
• Internet companies such as SMARTSEND, E Go, ALLIED EXPRESS and TNT are all transport companies that can assist you in your enquiries and provide you with a cost to transport your goods AUSTRALIA WIDE.
• We do not take any responsibility for damage to items caused in transit from your allocated courier.

Large Items - Shipping Information/Postage (MELBOURNE METRO)

• For an extra fee of $35.00 per item, we can transport your item throughout the Melbourne Metro Area.
• We can also organise combined shipping.  Please email us for a quote if you would like more than one large item delivered.

Postage Insurance

• Postage Insurance is highly recommended for all purchases.
• Insurance claim processes may take a long time due to the policy procedure of the Courier company and Insurance company. 
• To ensure we can claim the cost of lost and damage from freight company, the buyer would need to do the following:           
• Check the item immediately before you sign on the delivery note with the couriers.
• DO NOT sign it if the item is damaged.
• Report to the Courier company and us within 24 hours if item is damaged.
• Provide us evidence of damaged item.  We require three emailed photos or the damage take from different angles. 
• Photos are to be emailed to  bathroomsuperstores@gmail.com
• Failure to follow the instructions above will risk a claim rejection.

Warranty

• This product is covered by a 1 Year Manufacturer Replacement Warranty.
• The warranty only covers a manufacturer defect.
• It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that the items are installed by a licensed/professional.
• Defects or damages from abnormal use, unauthorized repairs, alterations, improper installation, serviced incorrectly, altered, modified, tampered, converted, repaired and other acts which are not the fault of BATHROOM SUPERSTORE Pty. Ltd. will not be covered by warranty.

Return and Exchange Policy 

 Customers can return or exchange goods for a refund within 7 days after the sale date.

• All postage costs including any return postage fees are to be paid by the customer.
• Items returned will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. 
• Customers must contact us prior to shipping the goods back.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition. 
• All items will be thoroughly checked upon receipt.
