Our Basins are carved from a single slab of natural marble stone. We peruse the stone pieces first and select the finest choice pieces to begin our carving. Our master craftsman stonemason spends countless hours by hand chipping away and carving with various small hammers and chisels to create each vision of inspiration. The individual character of each stone piece shines through on all EARTH STONE basins and reflects the individual character of the block from which it was carved as well as inspires all who see its splendor.

Much of the carving is done by hand with calculated blows from various shaped hammers, flat and pointed chisels and small diamond saws. Using the natural personality of each marble block - our craftsman works with the stones natural crystalline structure, the veining and designs beautiful coloration to match the spirit of the stone. We spend quality time in this manufacturing process. All our basins are created perfectly smooth and symmetrical. The skilled workmanship that goes into these basins is unbelievable. The basins are then polished to a fine shine and remain endlessly beautiful in form and appearance. 

The basins are completely waterproof and sealed- so are not porous - the sealing brings out the natural veins and glow of the marble.

These basins will not leak, nor crack - they will last a lifetime and beyond.

Warranty

If the listing does not mention any warranty information then we will provide 12 months warranty on all our goods. 

We will replace your item if it is found to be Damaged on arrival  (DOA) within 48 hours from the acceptance of the goods. Any DOA's must be contacted/returned to us within 7 days. If you need help with warranty and returns please email us first. We will request a clear photo to be emailed to us first, showing the intended warranty claim. If we accept your claim - the item is then to be sent back to our return address in Derrimut, Victoria at the buyers expense . Please note that BUILDING GALORE products are all double checked overseas at point of manufacture  We endeavor to pass on the highest of packing standards to our consumers and will assist in bubble wrapping products, wrapping correctly, instructing all couriers or other means of fragile packaging on your behalf..

If an item needs to be returned for warranty, the new postage expenses for both ways will be at the buyer's expense.

We do not accept any item returned by COD. The returned postage must be paid entirely by the bidder. You have to contact us before you return anything

 All other accidents, misuse, improper use, abuse, faulty operation contrary to recommended usage,incorrect installation, transportation damage or when product has been tampered, altered, modified, converted, repaired or serviced incorrectly will not be covered by warranty.

Buyers must follow the returns instruction provided by the seller.

Shipping

• Item will not be shipped until payment has been received in full and presented as clear funds. Please clearly identify your bank deposit against your ebay id.
• All shipments will be made within 4 weeks as we hand manufacture all our exclusive products.
• Pickup is possible from our warehouse  - but buyers have to email  us and tell us that they do not require delivery but want to collect from our warehouse when basin is ready.  We are open Saturdays between 11am - 2pm sharp and Wednesdays between 1pm - 8pm.
• We will reply to your e-mail within 72 business hours. If you need other help or more clarification please email delladecor@gmail.com. 
• Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item(s) that are undeliverable and/or returned to the seller as a result of incorrect delivery details or unsuccessful delivery. Please ensure all delivery details are correct.
• All shipping fees quoted in corresponding listings include postage, tracking, and handling fees. If you place the bid that means you agreed to pay for it.
• Any changes of address after check out will not be considered valid. 

Payments
