Item comes with 12 months manufacturer warranty from its origin and this is an overseas model with adaptor and not Aussie stock, please keep the invoice for warranty purposes. Please email seller for RMA back to Australia based local office if there is any faulty found on the phone and our staff will forward the phone back to its original country of purchase for repair/exchange from manufacturer within 12 months of purchase. Buyer is only liable to pay shipping from and to Australia local office. Buyer is liable for charges where parts replaced. No refund will be provided in any circumstances. Please inspect the phone as soon as it arrived and should item was found. Buyer must email seller within 48 hours for replacement after item delivered if you found dead on arrival on the phone. After that we will only repair the phone for you under standard warranty policy. Warranty is not covered if the phone was mishandled judged by manufacturer such as broken LCD screen.
Postage and handling cost include postage charge to buyer + Phone inspection Charge. Insurance is not offered for Express Post. All phones will be inspected before sending to post office to ensure buyer will receive a working phone, an optional insurance can be chosen (offered by Post Office). The phone will be covered if item was lost between local office -> Australia postal address. Please state it during checkout if premium will be paid. Seller is not liable for any damage/loss after lodging the item to post office.
