We use Australia Post to ship the item to you. We use their regular parcel service.

Delivery Times:

Australian Customers: Please allow 1 to 6 business days from the day we ship for your item to arrive.

International Customers: Depending on where in the world you are please allow between 3 and 20 business days from the day we ship for your item to arrive.

Tracking and Insurance:

Australian Customers: If you would like us to register the item and send you a tracking number we will add $2.95 to the shipping fees. Registered mail includes insurance up to $100 in value. For extra insurance it is $1.35 per extra $100 up to $5,000.

International Customers: If you would like us to register the item and send you the tracking information the cost is determined by the region of the world the item is sent to and it's weight. Prices start from AUD$12.25. Please contact us for a quote.

Packaging:

For small items we ship using padded envelopes with bubble wrap inside.
For larger items we ship in mailing boxes with bubble wrap inside.
We take great care to pack you items properly to insure they arrive safely.

Handling:

Unless otherwise specified our handling time is usually 1 business day from receipt of full payment. We try our best to ship as quickly as possible so that you get your item as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup:

We do offer local pickup. However if you pay via PayPal you only receive Buyers Protection if we post the item to you, please consider this prior to bidding. For larger heavier items please insure you have someone to assist you and that you have enough space in your vehicle to accommodate the size of the item. Final pickup is strictly between 10:00AM and 5:45PM Monday to Friday as the parking outside the building becomes a clearway at 6:00PM. Weekend pick up can be accommodated by special arrangement for special items only - at our discretion.
