Shipping for Australian Orders
Flat rate shipping applies to all Popcultcha eBay orders shipped domestically within Australia. Our shipping rate is $7.99 AUD per order. Please note that this shipping price cannot be combined between orders, not because we are trying to be unfair, but rather that we cannot accommodate this as an automated action within our system.
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel and should be able to be tracked via the Australia Post website.
At this stage, we are unable to offer Express Post as a service on our Popcultcha eBay store but we will be looking to possibly implement this in the future.
Shipping for International Orders
All Popcultcha eBay orders shipped internationally are done so via ECI (Express Courier International) service with Australia Post. This means that you, the consumer, will be able to track your order from the moment it leaves the Popcultcha Warehouse in Australia, right through to your door. It also means that you will get your goods a little quicker than you ordinarily would via a regular Air Mail Service. The indicative delivery times are listed as follows (please note that these are merely a guide provided by Australia Post and you should make allowances for unexpected delays).
The price of ECI shipping on all International Orders is determined by the weight of the product but is a flat rate across the whole world. For instance, if you buy 1 x Pop! Vinyl it will be the same shipping rate for the customer in Canada as it will be for the customer in France (despite the fact that they both may speak French!)
We want to make it easy and simple for our International friends to shop on the Popcultcha eBay store, so we feel that this is the most efficient and effective way to get your goods out our door and to your door.
Please note, as a registered business, we are unable to ship International orders as a ‘gift’ and all shipments must be declared as ‘merchandise’. Following on from that, the price you are quoted on Popcultcha’s eBay store plus shipping is exclusive of any customs duty or taxes at the port of delivery. All custom duties, other duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and Popcultcha will not be held liable for any such imposition.
We do not offer combined shipping rates.
We always leave feedback through an automated system after the item has been paid for, the goods received, and the buyer has left feedback for us to respond. This way, we know that you have received your item and that there are no problems that need our attention. Should you feel dissatisfied with the product or service, please contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org before leaving feedback and we will do our best to resolve any concerns you may have.
Shipping costs are not negotiable and include all packaging, handling and administration costs – we do not charge any additional fees for shipping your item. We take great care in packing and dispatching your order to make sure that it gets to you in the best possible condition. All items are brand new, factory sealed and include original packaging (unless stated otherwise).
Popcultcha will only accept returns, process refunds, or exchange goods if we are contacted or notified within 7 days of you receiving the goods at your nominated delivery address.
Upon us receiving the notification of damage or a manufacturing defect, we may request photographic evidence of the parcel and/or the particular product that has the issue. We will review this photo and contact you at our earliest convenience to discuss your options in relation to the product issue.
Popcultcha deals in popular merchandise and at times products do pre-sell out and sell out shortly after arriving into stock. As such, if your goods received turn out to be damaged or defective, we will endeavour to replace the goods but this is always subject to availability. If the goods have subsequently sold out, you will be given a full refund or store credit instead, upon you returning the damaged item back to us.
Popcultcha will only issue refunds, exchange products and/or issue store credits if the defective item is returned to us in exactly the same condition it was received by the customer.
Popcultcha will cover the shipping cost of the defective item from the customer's nominated delivery address to our Popcultcha Head Office (HQ) in Geelong, Victoria. This can be done several ways ie. Popcultcha emailing a “returns” shipping label to the customer to use at their local Australia Post Office, or by refunding the postage upon the defective item being received by us at HQ. However, it must be noted that Popcultcha reserves the right not to reimburse postage costs unless it expressly approves of the item being returned to us at HQ - therefore, it is very important that if you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving that item.
