Full payment is to be finalised within 48hrs of purchase. We accept payment via Paypal and/or bank deposit. Our Paypal or bank account details will be provided once you have completed the checkout process. Please include your Ebay user ID as a reference when making a payment via Bank deposit.

Dispatch of the item will occur within 48hrs of final payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of the item, however delivery usually occurs before this time. If you have not received the item in this time, please contact your local post office as the item may be awaiting pickup. We post our items via Australia Post. We do not offer combined postage discounts for multiple purchases.

Items over 20kgs will be sent with Trans Direct. You will receive an email confirmation of your order including a tracking number, as soon as your goods are dispatched. Each parcel carries a barcoded address label, which is scanned at several points during the delivery process. When the item has reached its final depot location, Trans Direct will call to advise that it is ready for delivery. They will organise a date for delivery with you over the phone. Please ensure that you provide us with your phone number to enable them to contact you during business hours. All goods must be inspected for damage on arrival before signing for the item. By signing for the goods you will void the Transit warranty.

A receipt will be provided in your items box. Please retain this receipt for any warranty claims. Please see the instruction/warranty booklet that is provided with the item for further details.

This item is covered by the warranty offered by its manufacturer. The warranty period commences from the time of your purchase. In the event of a defect, fault or any other claim, the buyer is to lodge a warranty claim with the manufacturer. All warranties do not cover accidental or deliberate damage by the buyer.

If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you may choose between a replacement, or refund. Returns accepted if sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your item. Buyer is responsible for postage. Please note the incorrectly sent item will need to be returned in its original condition.
