This listing is just for the original unfinished counted cross stitch pattern only. All patterns will need items for you to stitch the completed product like the fabric, floss, needles, buttons or beads, framing, sewing or other ways to complete the item. No items will come with the pattern, unless noted in the first lines of the description by saying they are specifically included.

I do NOT sell the floss and fabric to complete the patterns. I understand that sometimes a stitcher is eager to start a project, and wants to line up her supplies before stitching. If you want the list of the designer’s recommendations for floss and fabric that are printed in the pattern, so that you can go ahead and purchase those elsewhere, just message me. I will be glad to message those to you as soon as I can. If you are looking at a booklet with lots of patterns, let me know the specific one you are looking at since it is difficult to type info for 15-20 patterns.

My leaflets are original printings that were made at the manufacturer. These are NOT photo copies or computer re-generated. I get the leaflets from a variety of sources. They are listed as used, even if they are in unused condition. The wear on my leaflets varies from item to item so please read the first few lines in each listing regarding the condition. I do try to flip through and list the leaflet as accurately as possible. If I notice any odors when I get the pattern, it will be noted. Booklets will not be listed if any odors are strong.

Other information you may need about your order.

Shipping and Handling--speed and costs - I go to my post office EVERY day it is open. Please note that shipping times listed are estimates and items can take much longer to arrive. When this happens, check the shipping date on the label to verify that I sent it right after your cleared payment. Items are packed with care, but remember that the item is handled by other people after it leaves my possession.

I do not make ANY profit off what I charge for shipping. You are paying actual shipping costs and shipping supplies and no more. Some orders may have a higher handling fee than others based packing on supplies used as needed.

I write DO NOT BEND on each envelope that leaves my home. If you want any handling different than what I do, such as heavy cardboard backing, ask BEFORE payment. It does add to the weight and thus more to the shipping costs. If you ask for special handling after payment, you may not get it.

Combined Shipping! Save Money!! This actually saves you more money than free shipping, in which the shipping costs are, in reality, added to each item you buy. You can fill up a legal-sized flat rate envelope with 10 items -sometimes more - for $5.50 shipping for US Customers, ($17.20 for other countries) and it arrives in a few days. (The 10 items cannot include the thick hardback books since they do not fit well in the envelope.) The eBay settings are ready to calculate combined shipping, but sometimes it still calculates high, especially if you buy a few items. If your shipping costs seem off, please request a combined invoice when you are finished shopping and before paying, and I will gladly check the charges. Also remember that if you have made a single payment and I see a difference in shipping costs to your favor, I do send refunds. Please, do NOT make multiple payments. I have charges with each payment through Paypal and eBay. Also, I cannot add items to an envelope when a shipping label is paid and printed. When you make multiple payments, you cannot get the combined shipping.

Speed of finishing transaction – You have 5 days after the first item purchased to finish up the transaction. I do not mind holding purchases for a few days. It takes time to go through the store thoroughly and I know that we all get sidetracked. However, if it has been a couple of days since your purchase and payment has not been made yet, CONTACT ME and let me know what is happening. If I have not heard from you regarding the transaction, I will message you a couple of times. After that, I will file a nonpayment notice with eBay.

Feedback – I always leave feedback for each and every item as I pack them for shipping. Please leave positive feedback for me when your items arrive. If you have a problem or I make a mistake, CONTACT ME. You will find out that I am easy to work with and will try to make things right in a fair manner. I work hard to maintain very high Detailed Seller Ratings and feedback numbers.

Payment – Paypal is how I take all electronic payments. Paypal takes e checks, debit and credit cards, but you must pay through them. Usually Paypal payments clear instantly, but sometimes the E checks take up to 5 days or longer to clear. I will not ship your items until a payment clears through Paypal. Contact me if you have questions about other forms of payment not listed above.  

Bidders who are not from the United States, please read carefully. Paypal is the only accepted form of payment. Items are shipped via First Class Mail. This is the cheapest and fastest way to send them. If you purchase quite a few items, I do use the legal size flat rate priority mail envelopes on a case by case basis. The cost is $17.20 at this writing. My local post office is strict about the thickness of these envelopes when mailing. If you are planning on buying 10-15 items to put in those flat rate envelopes, PLEASE contact me first with your list of items so that I may see if they will fit according to my post office standards. Otherwise, you may not be able to use the flat rate envelope. Also note that these legal sized envelopes are 15 inches long. Make sure they will fit in your mailbox.

I do not mark purchased items as gifts. Times for international mailing and clearing customs vary, so you may have a wait for your items. Import duties, taxes, and other customs charges (usually collected upon delivery or pickup) are the BUYER’S responsibility and are NOT included in item’s price or shipping costs. Please check with your customs office if you have questions.
