All NEW Products that we sell carry full Manufacturer’s Warranty.
If a NEW Product happens to be factory faulty item, then we will offer you exchange or refund though we have to be notified within 3-days of you receiving the item.
If item becomes faulty during your Manufacturer’s warranty then you have to contact manufacturer’s service center to be repaired. If manufacturer’s repair center requires our receipt of purchase we can fax it to them simply ask them to open a case number for you then email us the case number & we will fax them our proof of purchase invoice with your case number on it.
Refurbished Products still carry either manufacturer’s or our warranty & warranty instructions for repairs are included in the packaging of each item.
