Getting Started

• Purchase Telstra Pre-paid Wireless Broadband pack
• Call Telstra on 125 8887 to activate the SIM card in the pack. If you're under 18 years of age you'll need the consent of your parent or a responsible adult to use this service.
• Plug the USB modem included in the pack into your computer and watch the software automatically install itself and load the Internet Connection Manager.
• Click on the Connection Manager and use your regular browser to get onto the internet.

Things you need to know

• Next G™ coverage depends in part on where you are, what particular device you are using and whether your device has an external antenna attached. This device does not support an external antenna. SIM card is for data and SMS only. Voice calls are barred except ‘000’ emergency calls.
• Network unlocking fee applies.
• 30 day data expiry. Cannot be used while roaming overseas, where standard international roaming charges apply. (Upload & download data counts as usage). 1 Gigabyte = 1024 Megabytes, 1 Megabyte = 1024 Kilobytes. Telstra’s FairPlay policy applies.

Australia Wide - Fixed Postage

How it is calculated: Postage cost is calculated as an average cost of the item to get to anywhere in Australia. Delivery Service: mainly we used Courier, while for very light item such as game cards or movie vouchers we normally used Registered/Express post. Each Additional item postage cost for the same item is provided automatically.  Combined Postage: each product has its own weight profile for how it is calculated as the additional item in a combined order. Therefore, in multiple item ordered, the highest postage will be charged, then other item will be charged based on its weight profile. To simplify, the additional item postage cost for each item is the weight profile charge rate. For example: a buyer bought 3 items with main charges and it's additional charges as followed: $3+$0, $12.5+$2.50, $8.50+$2.50, therefore total postage charge will be: $12.50+$0+$2.50=$15.00.

DELIVERY SERVICE, when available:

• Courier - 1-4 business days delivered. Online traceable.
• Australia Post Registered post - 2-7 business days delivered. A fail safe delivery and comes with free insurance coverage against lost for item value up to $100. Additional $100 insurance will cost $1.50 each.
• Australia Post Regular post - the same as registered post but without insurance and no online tracking. Not recommended.
• Australia Post Express post - guarantee 1-2 business day delivered. Not recommended under Buyer & Seller Protection.

Calculated Postage combined with Flat Price Postage

Combined postage for calculated postage item(s) will be the primary postage cost with the added cost for each additional flat postage which is based on its weight profile. Simple.

If you unable to see the postage cost automatically, make sure you've logged in or if you're new, register first to eBay. International postage cost has been calculated by eBay/Australia Post automatically with the actual weight input. Buyer will experience significant saving in postage by buying additional similar or other item. Insurance is included in all postage options. Insurance in Air Mail is a must, while in Express Post International, it is optional however AUD $8.75 for first $100 item value will be automatically included - buyer can request refund for this insurance amount - as soon as buyer pays for it.
