- SKU/Design Number of item
- Clear photo of item showing the damage or fault

Once we receive this information we will verify and despatch a replacement to you asap!

• The 7 Day Money Back Guarantee will start on the following day from when the item/s are delivered.

• The customer is responsible for returning the item/s.
