RETURNS
CHANGE OF MIND
We do offer a refund in the form of a store credit should you change your
mind and wish to return the item within 7 days of purchase.
The item must be returned at the expense of the buyer and must still be
sealed, unopened and in it's original packaging.
INCORRECT ITEM ORDERED
If the item that you have ordered is incorrect you can return it for a refund
in the form of a store credit within 7 days.

If the item you have received is not as you ordered, Unimom will promptly send
you a replacement and will reimburse you for the cost to send the incorrect

DEAD ON ARRIVAL OR FAULTY
Each product is checked thoroughly before leaving our premises and all products
are checked to ensure that all contents are included.
If you product is damaged or you believe faulty upon receipt of it, then please
contact Unimom to organise a replacement immediately.
DOA claims will only be valid for 14 days after the confirmed delivery date
of your order as recorded by Unimom so it is important, even if you are not
using or do not intend to use your item immediately to check that all parts are
included and that it is in good working order.
Cost to return the item must be paid for by the buyer.
All other faults other than DOA claims will fall under the outlined warranty timeframes as specified
in the item description and as per the ACCC guidelines.
