Q: How soon will you ship my order?
A: Paid orders received before 12 noon EST Mon-Sat will ship on the same day; orders received after 12 noon (and after 12 noon on Saturdays) will ship the next business day
Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
A: Delivery times will vary according to your location and the shipping method used. Domestic Economy Shipping can take between 1-10 days, and Expedited Shipping can take between 2-5 days. International First Class can take several weeks (up to 6 weeks for some locations), and International Priority Mail can take up to 2 weeks (usually less in both cases)

Q: Do you offer Express Mail/Global Express shipping?
A: If you desire Express Mail/Global Express please use the "Request an Invoice" option during checkout and send us a message (before you pay) and we will add that the the invoice

Q: Can you mark the Customs form that the package/item is a gift (international buyers only) or at a lower price?
A: No, we cannot - to do so would violate US Customs, USPS, and eBay regulations and policies
Q: Why am I being asked to provide my telephone number?
A: This requirement is primarily for our International customers, as a daytime phone number is required to be entered on the US Customs forms as a way to contact you in case of delivery problems. Some buyers have expressed concerns with providing a phone number, and we completely understand. We do not ask for that information for any other reason. If you have such a concern feel free to "make up" a telephone number when asked.
