If you make deposit OVER THE COUNTER, insist to put down something that can identify you as the payer, you need mail to us with the following: Payment date, Payment amount, eBay ID, Item#, most importantly: postcode or BSB number of the branch where deposit made. Fail to do this will cause delay on your transaction process, as we have no other way to identify your payment.

To return or repair a product purchased at ours, you will need to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by contacting our Customer Service Department via email : support@osemtech.com.au

Please keep the original package in order to prevent damage during return shipping. We will not accept responsibility for goods, which are damaged whilst in transit back to us. The Return Authorization Number should be clearly visible on the outside of the shipping carton 
If you return a product claiming it was dead on arrival, faulty, incorrectly shipped but we find the product is in full working condition, any defects or damage were caused after you took receipt of the product or the product was shipped correctly, it will be returned to you.

You will be invoiced a processing fee and any freight costs associated with the return, payable within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

We will not accept goods for return which do not have a Return Authorization Number issued in accordance with our Returns Policy.
We will need the following information, before we can issue you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN):
Name and contact details (original buyer) and USER ID
Invoice Number or eBay recorder Number
Model Number
Item Serial Number(s)
Reason for return

14days Refunds Policy
Shipping and Handing fee are non-refundable.
The return item must be with the full package; otherwise we will not accept any refund after checking.

The items are returned to us in 'as new' condition with all internal and external packaging, accessories, swing tags, labels and manuals complete.

Your refund will be the amount you paid for the items returned excluding the Delivery Cost as specified in the customer's Order, If you received free delivery then the delivery cost will also be deducted, customers must return the products to us at their own cost.  

 12 months REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
 If a product purchased from us develops a fault within 1year from original purchase, We will send our courier to pick up the faulty unit and deliver the new one if it found to be faulty at our own cost.

Please note warranty is not transferable. If the item(s) are being purchased by yourself then any warranty claims must come directly from you. We are unable to make any exceptions.

LCD TVs - Dead Pixel Policy
An LCD screen is typically made up of hundreds of thousands, if not millions of pixels. Because of the sheer number of pixels and the small size of each pixel, it is not uncommon for a display to have permanently dead or bright pixels after some time of use.
The number of dead or bright pixels that a screen may have depends on a number of factors, such as manufacturing imperfections and conditions of display use.
Dead/Bright Pixels Within 30 Days of Purchase
You are entitled to receive an LCD screen free of imperfections. That is why our policy is to offer a replacement or your money back if you inform us of a dead or bright pixel within 30 days of purchase.
Dead/Bright Pixels After 30 Days of Purchase (but within the Warranty Period)
If your display develops dead or bright pixels after 30 days from order then the number of pixels and their location on the screen are important. The table below details acceptable dead/bright pixels:

Please note that a replacement display may also have some faulty pixels within the above acceptable criteria. This should be considered when requesting a warranty exchange.
