Payment

• Express Post - 500g Satchel Bag $9.95 - 3kg Satchel Bag $14.95 - 5kg Satchel Bag $25.00

If you required your products to ship in a postage box this will cost extra. Contact us for a quote.

• Combined 3kg flat rate Regular Post $9.95. ( Excludes Express Shipping & Piñatas)
  
  We will happily combine shipping costs for all purchases. As item weights vary, you will need to wait for us to combine postage before you checkout and pay. Please be sure to wait for this revised invoice with the adjusted postage amount before making your payment. as it usually results in significant savings.

• If you desire express post, please contact us prior to your purchase for availability and then wait for a revised invoice with updated shipping cost prior to payment.

• Regular Post you must allow for dispatch times and postage times to determine if the item will arrive on time for your event we do not always ship the same day. If you are unsure or need your item shipped the same day please email us. Allow 1 - 3 business days for parcels to be dispatched them allow for Australia Posts postage times to your location.

Returns

• We at Party Craze want you to be completely happy with your transaction, and we would love to have you as another return customer. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy, and promise to always do our best to make things right if you find there is a problem with your item.   All items must be returned in exact condition as sent within 7 days of receipt.

Missing Mail

If your product/products have not arrived within 7 business days you must contact your local post office to see if your product/products have been left there for collection before you contact us.

In our experience we know the Post Man does not always leave a card for collection.

If this fails and your item is not there you must email us at once so we can help resolve the issue.

We will not be held responsible for missing mail not arriving on time for your event if you have not contacted us at least 3 days prior to your event advising there is an issue with your items arrival, we do not know if you don't tell us. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.
