Ultima Shock Absorbers come with a 3year or 100,000kms Limited Part Warranty for all passenger cars and light commercial vehicles (load carrying under vehicles 1000kg).
While medium and heavy vehicles come with a 12month or 30,000kms Limited Part Warranty.

Manufacturing and qualities of Ultima Shock Absorbers

• Ultima uses a unique 4 lip seal to ensure keeping rubbish out and oil and gas in.
• Ultima uses large piston rods which are also double chromed to absorb the high side loads placed on modern shock absorbers
• Ultima Shock Absorber eyes are seamless and fusion welded to the body of the shock for greater strength.

Postage
All products are sent with eParcel Post with tracking advice sent to your email address.
All parcels are required to be signed for, if no one is at the address at the time of delivery you will be left a card to let you know to pick up from your local post office.

A short instruction can be noted eg leave at front door. This however is your responsibility once instruction is followed through by eParcel Post.

If the product develops a fault after delivery, we will assess your warranty claim and offer a replacement where appropriate. Before approval of a warranty claim, photos and or returning of the product(s) may be required if/when request by our supplier(s) and or the manufacture(s).
