All item pricing does not include freight; please advise if you would like us to obtain a delivery quote using on-carriers. If quote is accepted you will be responsible for all associated costs.

 SMALL ITEMS: items under 105cm or 20kg can be sent using Australia Post regular postal service. This includes headlights, taillights, blinkers, washer bottles etc…

LONG-BULKY ITEMS: All purchases that are longer than 105cm or heavier than 20kg (cubed) can only be sent using a courier company. These courier companies only deliver to a BUSINESS ADDRESS (non residential) or can be COLLECTED from their Depot in most major cities. The courier companies that we use WILL NOT DELIVER TO A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS.
Australia Post do not accept items of this size.

PICK-UP:  All items can be collected during business hours at 45 Randall Street, Slacks Creek, Queensland 4127. Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Saturday 9am-12noon.

Alternatively you are able to organise your own courier to collect your items. Please ensure that you give us 24 hours notice before they arrive. If you wish for these to be packaged for shipping, this will incur a packing fee.

INSURANCE: There is NO INSURANCE on items sent by freight/courier/post arranged through us. Insurance option and registered mail with Australia Post is availableat your cost but must be organised at time of purchase.

PACKAGING:  All care is taken to ensure protection of items packed in bubble wrap where possible.

RESPONSIBILITY: PANELHOUSE is NOT liable for any insurance, loss, theft or damage to any goods in transit. Please ensure that you check all items before signing for them.
