If the vehicle that the Towbar has been removed from does not have Reverse sensors or LED lights we will not be responsible for supplying the missing parts to get it to work on your vehicle.
We will not be responsible for supplying wiring for the Towbar from under the dash, under the bonnet or inside rear quarter panels to suit LED lights or Reverse sensors.

Frank's Auto Parts has four warranties available to suit a range of clientele and circumstances. The warranties include standard, silver, gold, and platinum. Auction items are not covered by these warranties.

PLATINUM

Platinum - total reassurance

  • Life coverage for the replacement of purchased parts
  • For a full 12 months from the time of purchase, all labour expenses are covered

GOLD

Gold - enhanced cover

  • Coverage for a full 12 months from the time of purchase for the replacement of purchased parts
  • For a full 12 months from the time of purchase, all labour expenses are covered

SILVER

Silver - most popular warranty and highly suggested

  • Coverage for a full 6 months from the time of purchase for the replacement of purchased parts
  • For a full 6 months from the time of purchase, all labour expenses are covered

STANDARD

Standard - the minimum cover offered with any part sold

  • Coverage for a full 3 months from the time of purchase for the replacement of purchased parts
  • Labour expenses are only covered at the time of installation

One of the key reasons that the 13 USED group was created was to enable the five members to offer a true national warranty support program to their clients. The warranty package detailed above is common to all members of the group, and any warranty given by a 13 USED member is honoured by the whole group. This gives clients who purchase through a 13 USED member, warranty coverage Australia wide.

We have our own trucks delivering to Queanbeyan/Southern Highlands/Wollongong or Newcastle/Central Coast areas and can give a discounted freight rate.

Founded by the late Frank Nicastri

Frank's Auto Parts was founded by the late Frank Nicastri, and for over 50 years it has been setting the goal posts in the auto recycling industry. Frank worked industriously to establish the successful Frank's brand. He was also known for his commitment to raising awareness about, and shaping the profile of, the Australian auto recycling industry as a whole.

Now under the guidance of Ross and Jenny Nicastri

Frank's son Ross and Ross' wife Jenny bought Frank's in 1992. The business has continued to grow under their management. Frank's now operates from two NSW sites: the original location at Smithfield and an additional site at Queanbeyan. Ross has also continued his father's legacy by supporting and promoting the industry. He has served on various boards, such as the Auto Parts Recyclers Association of Australia, the Auto Recyclers Association based in the USA, and the dismantlers section of the Motor Traders Association.
