Question:Where is my purchase?
Answer:Your tracking information should be uploaded automatically to Ebay. Please check your "My Ebay" page under items you have purchased and you should be able to see it there. You also should have received an automated email with this information. Check your junk or spam folder. If you still can not find the tracking information contact us and we can resend it manually to you.
Question:When will my purchase ship?
Answer: Please allow up to 3 business days for shipment of all purchases. This does not include weekends or holidays. If you have an urgent need for expedited shipping please contact us prior to purchase so we can do our best to speed things up for you.
Question:I live in another country. How long will it take to get my purchase?
Answer: Unfortunately we only have control of how fast we ship and after a package leaves the USA we are not always able to track packages. Usually shipments arrive in 2 to 3 weeks from purchase date. If a package is detained by your country for customs inspection it may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. No refunds or reshipments will be made until after the 6 week time frame. It is your responsibility to contact customs about delays, claim your package, and pay all duties and taxes incurred. We do accept returns under these guidelines.All returns require notification prior to return shipping.
IF YOUR ITEM IS RECEIVED DAMAGED:You have a full 14 days to inspect your purchase once it has been delivered. If you find your product faulty during this time period please repackage the item in the original packaging and contact us. We will email you a printable return shipping label that you can affix over the original label and either set out for your USPS carrier or drop off at any post office. If the original packaging is unavailable or damaged during opening then you may repackage in your own packaging and ship the item back to us. We will issue refund within 3 days of receipt of package back to our warehouse. We will send refund for out of pocket return shipping expenses in the amount stated on postage.ONLY FAULTY OR ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING ARE AVAILABLE FOR A FULL REFUND
If your item is unable to be returned due to the extent of damage please send proof of said damage in the form of digital images showing original label and packaging as well as damaged product.
IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL A PURCHASE ON AN ALREADY SHIPPED ITEM: You do have the option to refuse delivery of any item the post office delivers to you. Once a refused packe is returned to us we will send you a refund minus 20% restocking fee. All returns must be sent in condition received, unopened, unused.
We do not accept returns for items that are opened or used. We do not suggest you purchase an item you havent used before or have no knowledge of therefore we cannot refund for purchases of items purchased in error.
