Quality EGO fryer thermostat, these three phase thermostats are fitted to various commercial fryers, the thermostats also have a 7th "signal" terminal on the back for connecting to indicating lamps that can be found on some fryers. Rated at 16 amps, capillary length is approx 880mm, sensing bulb size is approx 6mm in diameter x 133mm in length.
Please note, although these thermostats can be fitted to Valentine fryers and will work ok they are not genuine "stamped & calibrated" Valentine fryer thermostats, the genuine thermostats are also listed in our ebay shop and can be purchased using buy it now, if you look at the Valentine section in our shop you can read how this thermostat may differ from the genuine Valentine thermostat.
