very strong but not a heavy plastic to start with

 a lot of trugs are heavy before you  even put anything in then

if no one is home to receive the parcel and it is returned to us
We do not refund Postage and Packaging fees when an item is returned that had tried to be delivered to you by royal mail or any courier we use, and you were not home or did not make arrangements for redelivery at a later date

Unwanted goods

Must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in their original packaging complete with all labels and instructions, at the purchaser's expense.

We recommend that you send back unwanted items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive back to me

If you placed a paid order with me, Monday to Thursday and also Sunday before 6pm it will be collected next working day

And will take 3-5 working days to be delivered

Any orders placed after 6 pm on Thursday will not be collect from me until Monday same for orders placed on Friday and Saturday

Is youritem too big for your letter box? So that the postman has to require someone to be home to take the parcel in

Has the postman tried to deliver & you were out?

Firstly contact your local sorting office, the post office don't always leave the sorry you were out cards and this is my biggest problem when it comes to the larger than the letter box deliveries, If it’s not there then contact me

From the end of January this changes

If you are not in it goes to your local post office so try them first
