Please Read our Return Policy
1. All the items that we sell come with a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty unless stated in the listing. We will provide tax invoices for the items that you buy from us, please keep it for warranty purpose.
2. Any warranty claims after using the items or after 14 days of receiving the goods will need to be taken up with the Manufacturer. If buyer want us to help you send the phone to the manufacturer for repair, buyer should pay for the postage in and afterwards.
2.If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the item or our service, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to address your concern. Please do not leave a neutral or negative feedback without contacting us first. We appreciate your business and we are here to help you on ebay!
3. We do not provide refund or exchange for “change of mind”, e.g. some buyers received the item and told us that this model was not what he was after by giving the reasons like “the screen is too small” “it is not as good as my old phone” or “actually I want to buy an unlocked model, but I bid the prepaid one”. Please read the item specification carefully before you bid the item and pay. Otherwise you can always contact us and let us know your concerns and we will happy to reply your message asap.
4. Refund/exchange is a costly process and involves postage costs. Once the item is opened and used, we can not resell it as brand new one. So 20% restocking fee will be apply and initial postage will be deducted. Once the exchange or refund is actioned, buyer will be responsible for the postage back and forth.
5. Before we send the items out to buyers, we will double check to make sure the item’s condition is as described, all the accessories is included. If the item is physically damaged due to buyer’s misuse, though the item is returned to us, we could not provide any exchange or refund. e.g. all the phones’ sim card slots are working, but buyer sent us message that he put the sim card in it, but the phone showed that “ no sim inside”. This is due to you put the sim card incorrectly or maybe you use too much power and damage the card slot. Or a mobile phone takes the standard sized sim card, and you put a micro sim card into the card slot and it can not be taken out. The card slot will also be damaged. If you are not sure what size sim the mobile take, please contact us before you purchase it or put the sim in the phone.
6. Buyers must complete checkout procedure to ensure correct postal address, if you want it to be posted to a different address, please send us an ebay message after you complete the payment. Otherwise we will send the item to your nominated address and we will not accept any complain or neutral/negative feedback against it. If buyer provided a wrong address, the item is returned to us, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the second postage.
7. Items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment cleared to our account. We will send a confirmation email to your ebay registered email address. However, there are some situation that we run of the stock in our warehouse, the item is still available on ebay which make us can not post the item to you asap. Please accept our apology and we will contact you by letting you know when we can get the new stock, otherwise we will give you full refund and cancel this transaction.
