I have recently jumped on the clean eating bandwagon, and although there are hundreds of wonderful recipes online, I was really after something to add to my book collection for quick reference. What I love about the book is that it explains in great detail the benefits of clean eating, as well as handy hints and useful tips to get your new healthy lifestyle underway. The only thing I could possibly fault about the book is that a lot of the measurements are in lbs and oz, but I have a conversion chart on hand so it's only a couple of extra seconds to figure out my quantities. I absolutely love this book, and I hope there are more to follow. I'm even planning to purchase a couple of extra copies for Christmas gifts!
