Regular: Your parcel will be sent regular parcel post and will not have tracking or require a signature for delivery
Tracking and Signature: Your parcel will be sent by Australia Post eParcel, it will have online tracking and require your signature for receipt.
Whilst Australia Post offer a very safe and effective delivery service on occasion items will go missing, usually due to being incorrectly sorted, wrong addressing or being damaged in transit.
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period of time (14 days for postage within Australia) please check with your local post office, if they are not holding your delivery let us know so we can open a parcel investigation. Please note we cannot do this until 14 days after postage and cannot process non receipt claims until after a postage investigation. If your item cannot be located and if correct details were provided we will be happy to replace/refund your item.

Region 2: Uk Release (requires a multi region DVD player outside of the UK)
Region 4: Australian Release (works in all Aust/NZ DVD players)
Region ALL: Works in All DVD players however if NTSC formatted may not work in a game console.
Note: If you are unsure of your player compatibility please check with us prior to purchase. We cannot guarantee compatibility of any Region 1, 2 or ALL DVD in Game Consoles, nor can we offer refunds for incompatibilty of any purchase unless we incorrectly advertise the region in our description.
All blu-ray sold by Atomic Movies are either Region B or Region all and play in all Australian, NZ, UK and European Blu-Ray and PS3 players

If the title is advertised as a preorder or new release then it will dispatch within 24 hours of the listed release date.
Often UK and US titles dispatch 1-2 weeks early.
On occasion studios will change the release date this can happen because of production delays, if this does occur we will notify you as soon as we are aware of the date change.

We try our hardest to ensure all items listed on eBay are in stock (excepting presales or special orders) on occasion an item may sell out on our website or be discontinued by the manufacturer, if this happens we will advise you as soon as we are aware of the problem.
The product I received looks different to the product listed
At times studios may change the coverart of certain releases, and often we are not issued with new coverart when this happens, the contents will always be as advertised.
I received the wrong product
We are only human and on rare occasions items may be packed incorrectly, if you receive the wrong product please notify us immediately and do not unseal the item, we will arrange for it to be returned and get the correct set out to you ASAP.
My product is faulty:
We replace any faulty items however it is quite rare for a DVD or Blu-Ray to be faulty.
Please follow these steps which may cure your faulty disc!
Always clean your discs with a commercial disc cleaner and take care when handling, fingerprints or scratching caused by mishandling can cause pixellisation, discs skipping or not playing correctly and are not considered a product fault.
Use a lens cleaner on your player regularly, a small spot of dust on the player lens will cause playback issues.
Ensure your disc is loaded correctly.
DVD players can be like computers, sometimes a reboot will fix things, try a cold start (switch off at wall, unplug wait a minute and switch on again)
On occasion incorrect discs or missing discs can occur during manufacture, please let us know if you receive a set which is not complete so we can fix this for you.
Returns: All items are covered by a 14 day return policy from date of receipt, this covers warranty covers faulty product only.
If the item you have received is faulty please contact us for return instructions. We will replace any returned faulty items, if a replacement is not available a refund will be made.
No returns are accepted for change of mind or incorrect region coding.
In the event the item you received does not match the item description please notify us immediately and do not open the item seal. We will organise the correct item to be sent to you.
