Payment & Checkout Information
eBay Checkout is now used for all of our eBay listings. Just click the PAY NOW button on the listing and you’ll be able to pay for your purchase. You will also receive an email from us with the link to pay for your purchase.
If you are buying multiple items, please wait until you have finished shopping. Then, when you click on any of the PAY NOW buttons, all of your purchases will be combined into one order with a discounted shipping price.
Shipping Procedure & Policy
Most items are shipped within one business day unless otherwise specified in the item listing. In-stock items purchased before 1 p.m. Mountain Time ship same day. You'll get an automated shipping email when your package ships.
Product ships through USPS or UPS Ground.
Combined Shipping
We offer affordable combined shipping! You pay the regular shipping price for the heaviest item and $3.00 each for additional item shipped domestically ($4 internationally).
International Shipping
Our standard international shipment is by international 1st Class Mail. For larger or more expensive items, the item will be sent by international priority mail. Those services have a customs number but no tracking number. Both of those services can take up to 4 or 5 weeks unless there are customs delays which will extend the delivery time.
If you want faster delivery or a tracking number, please upgrade to International Express Mail.
Because of different package requirements we might not be able to ship to your country for larger items.
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will be collected by your local postal service or delivery company. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. You can return an item within 60 days* of your purchase, and we will refund your money.
If there is an error in the listing specifications:
If we made a mistake in the listing and you would like to return the item, we will pay the return shipping charges and give you a full refund.
For any other reason:
You can return the product for any reason, as long as it is in the original condition as when it was purchased, with packaging. We will refund the amount you paid for the item less shipping**.
Please call or email us for a return authorization number. We will file a mutual agreement not to complete the transaction with eBay for all returns.

*No returns after 60 days.
**Purchases that included Free Shipping will be refunded less the actual shipping charge that was spent to ship the product to you.
