We will always accept returns, but as you will appriciate we try and keep prices low, therefore any returns that are not of a fault must be at the cost of the returner (incluing a admin charge up to the cost of the postage). They must be of a good saleable condition in original packaging with labels. Once the item has been accepted by us a full refund of goods only will be refunded. Should the need to return your purchase arise, please contact us within 7 days from receipt of your goods either by email or telephone and quote the invoice number and reason for return along with your contact details so we can authorise a RMA number for you to return the goods. All return contact will be made to either your email address or landline telephone number only No mobiles will be return called. Any goods returned to us without a valid RMA number will not be credited. This does not effect your UK consumer rights.
