are produced with Italian real leather district of Florence,

This high quality ensures that the finished product communicates the excellent workmanship of the item.

The products are manufactured with traditional methods

that allow them to stand out for their unique quality and design.

The products have three quality controls,

the first is in Production,

the second control takes place upon arrival in logistics,

before sending the product undergoes the most careful checking

to ensure that the customer is totally satisfied upon receipt.

All products are provided with label,

packaged in plastic bag,

inside the box are with a cotton dust bag.

Then the products are packed in cardboard reinforced.

At this point, the box is entrusted to the courier

that will ensure the delivery to the customer in the shortest time possible.

Warranty

All our products at "Conti of Tuscany"

are guaranteed for 12 months after delivery,

the Product warranty covers only defects

arising from manufacturing processes,

It is the responsibility of our customers to check the articles following delivery.

We allow 3 days for customers to check

that they are totally satisfied with the product upon receipt

Excluded from warranty

are all breakage due to incompetence.

The warranty does not cover any defects originates from

a poorly managing the grid type:

Imperilment of various kinds of abuse
bad use of the product
Tear Resistant and everything else not related to defects caused by manufacturing processes.

eCobbler.com TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.	eCobbler.com only sell 100% genuine products. We do not sell any copies or fakes. 
2.	All prices are clearly marked and will not be changed after a sale is completed. 
3.	All prices are in UK Pounds sterling and include VAT. 
4	All photos are of the product to be purchased, but in some cases photos may be for  illustration.  Always check description for the exact colour and discription of item being purchased .
5.	In cases where engraving is need.  It is up to the customer to ensure that correct spelling and wording is sent with purchase.
6.	All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress. 
7.	According to the Data Protection Act 1988 eCobbler.com will not supply any of your details to a third party
8.	Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. eCobbler.com reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied. 
9.	eCobbler.com reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Invoice Address only.  Delivery to a different address will require a detailed email authorising such action.
10.	If eCobbler.com has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible, with the expected time for delivery or offer a refund.  eCobbler.com will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered. 
11. Orders returned 'Not Called For' by Royal Mail, Customers will be required to fund re-posting of order.
12.	Orders not received will not be deemed 'missing' until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 28 working days. 
13.	If an order is not received you must notify eCobbler.com in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time. 
14.	eCobbler.com shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. 
15.	In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, eCobbler.com will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, eCobbler.com will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage. 
16.	eCobbler.com will make every effort to Post orders placed  and paid for before 12 noon the same day.  Order placed and paid for after 12 noon  will be posted the next day.
With exception being Saturday when orders with clear payment before 09.30 will be dispatched the same.  This is due to the fact that the village Post Office closes at 12 noon
17.	No orders will be posted on Sundays, Mondays and Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday on and following Bank Holidays.
18.  Annual Holidays will be published on the listings and in the Ebay Shop. Orders will be accepted during such Holidays, but orders will not be Posted until the return to work day after the holiday.
19.	None of the above effects your statutory rights.
20.  Customers must be over 18 years of age to purchase items from eCobbler.com's Ebay Shop.  Proof of age will be required for legally restricted items, where it is not clear that the person is over 18.
21. eCobbler.com does not guarantee the outcome of DIY Shoe repairs using materials purchased from eCobbler.  Successfull DIY shoe repairs is solely the resonsibility of the person doing the repair.
