Return Policy
We offer exchange or repair when there are the defects of the product or misrepresentation on listing.
Item must be returned in original condition within 7 days after you receive it.
Shipping and handling charge are not refundable.
Please contact us first if you have any problem, we will help you to resolve the problems.
Change of mind return
OKSHOP do not normally give refund if a customer simply changes mind or makes a wrong decision.
Faulty goods return
OKSHOP will accept product returns and provide customer with a refund or replacement, providing within 30 days of being received:
- The product is faulty or DOA (Dead on Arrival); or - The product does not match our description on the website; and - The manufacturer’s Technical support team to troubleshoot, and - Customer has been given an RA (Return Authority) from manufacturer in written form (email) to return the product. Emailing and stating customer’s case can achieve this.
Please Note: It is a requirement that all equipment including instruction manuals and all accessories originally sent, are returned with the faulty product. Refunds will be issued using customer’s original payment method. OKSHOP strongly recommends customer retain the product packaging for the duration of the warranty period so that, in the unlikely event that customer will need to return an item for repair or replacement, customer will have adequate packaging available to do so.
Can I return an item?
Yes, there are certain situations in which we allow returns, for example : Faulty items, incorrect item sent. Please refer to the previous question above for more details.

How do I request a return?
Returns are only possible when a Topfield case number has been provided to you.
If you have a faulty item:
Please contact Topfield Customer Support on 1300 766 440 to resolve your issue. Topfield technical support may issue a case number which you can use to request a return. Please contact info@okshop.com.au , quoting the case number you received from Topfield support and we will assist you in returning your product.
If you have been sent an incorrect item:
Please email info@okshop.com.au and indicate your order# / item#/ User ID as well as the details of the item that you received in error. We will then advise you on how a replacement will be sent.
Please note we MUST have provided you an RA/Incident number for you to return an item.
Warranty claim
OKSHOP will facilitate warranty claims for customers provided that:
Brand New Item Warranty:
- All warranty repairs are performed by the manufacturer and will require an RA (Return Authority) for approval to be repaired. In the unlikely event that customer’s product warranty needs to be exercised please contact 1300 766 440 for more information and instructions.
- This warranty applies for 12 months from the date of purchase on the invoice from a retailer.
- OKSHOP reserves the right to reject warranty claims where goods are believed to be illegally acquired, proof of purchase isn't provided, security labels or serial numbers have been tampered with.
- Goods aren't considered faulty due to incompatibility with other goods.
- Service and re-stocking charges may apply if no fault is found upon return for warranty.
Refurbished, Rebuild or Second Stock Item Warranty:
- All warranty repairs are performed by the manufacturer and will require an RA (Return Authority) for approval to be repaired. In the unlikely event that customer’s product warranty needs to be exercised please contact 1300 766 440 for more information and instructions.
- This warranty applies for 12 months from the purchase invoice date provided with customer’s product.
- Please Note: Warranty term will be stated in the product advertisement listing please take note of the warranty term for the product customer is purchasing. Upon purchasing a product the warranty information is also included on customer’s purchase invoice - do not lose it
- Goods aren't considered fault due to incompatibility with other goods.
- Service and re-stocking charges may apply if no fault is found upon return for warranty.
Local Distributor / Manufacturer or OKSHOP Warranty
Most products covered by the manufacturer's warranty will contain a warranty card with information on how to obtain technical assistance or make a claim. Please refer to it for warranty terms and conditions, which may vary from product to product.
Some PVR manufacturers offer collection of faulty products at their cost, within 12 months of purchase. OKSHOP is not a manufacturer, or manufacturers' agent, therefore OKSHOP do not have a say in the time taken to resolve a warranty claim.
